Digital Delivery

Guides are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link by email at the address you provide at checkout, and you can also download the guide from your account page on this site. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for keeping your copy of the file.

Licence & Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the guide for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, or reproduce the guide or substantial extracts from it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

All content, text, design and materials on this site and within the guides remain the intellectual property of Journey Guide and are protected by copyright.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. Full details, including how we handle access problems and billing errors, are set out in our Refund Policy.

We take care to build our guides on official sources, but we are not responsible if information made available on this site or within a guide is not accurate, complete or current at the time you rely on it.
